Diced ham bodega reserve 250 g

Serrano type great reserve ham originating in Aragon and with a minimum of 15 months of curing. The weight of each sachet is 250 g. This piece is the result of crossing with Duroc pig, always selecting the females. Thus, this cross gives the ham infiltration, grain and sweetness to the piece.
